How do I know which size to order?
Please refer to our Size Guide before placing your order. Because fit may vary slightly depending on the style and silhouette of each garment, we also recommend reviewing the individual product description for any specific fit information.
Are your items true to size?
Fit can vary by design. Some Ruby J’s Atelier pieces are intentionally relaxed or flowing, while others have a more tailored fit. Please review the product description and Size Guide before ordering.
Will African-print patterns look exactly like the photos?
Due to the unique nature and placement of African-print fabrics, pattern positioning may vary slightly from one garment to another. These variations make each piece uniquely beautiful while preserving the overall design, colors, and character of the garment.
How long does it take to process my order?
In-stock orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation containing your tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
What is your return policy?

Can I exchange an item for another size?
To help you receive your preferred size or style as quickly as possible, we recommend returning the eligible item according to our return policy and placing a new order.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
